My stay at the Holiday Inn was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were either too hot or too cold, and the water in the shower was cool. On the bright side, the service provided by the shuttle driver and front desk associate was friendly and helpful. However, the location, a bit far from the airport and lacking nearby amenities, was a downside. The morning dining experience had limited selections, but the food was hot and plentiful.
The hotel rooms are comfortable, though not extraordinary, with limited TV channels, but a unique pool in an atrium. The morning check-out at 7:30 AM was a bit early for my liking.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-organized, and I loved how cool and neat everything looked, including the microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate our reservation requests. The location wasn't near many amenities, but it was perfect for a quick stopover before heading to O'Hare or the nearby Industrial Park. However, the dining options were a bit limited, with basic breakfast choices available for an additional cost.
